The Ministry of local development, through its technical sector, signed an agreement with the Ministry of Military Production for the construction of 32 composting plants, to serve the Governorate capital, cities as well as marakez level cities.  ENTAG has signed a contracts with the Ministry of Military Production to serve as an engineering contractor for Phases 2,3,4 .

All plants are completed and currently in operation. 

ENTAG provided the following services: Process design ,site and topographical surveys; geotechnical investigations; detailed design and engineering for all civil, architectural, electrical works and mechanical equipment.Supply of imported equpment.  Construction management, supervision; testing, commissioning and start-up services.
